We all want to live life to the full, so staying strong and independent as we age is important. Unfortunately it is estimated that up to half of older people may be at risk of poor nutrition1.
Are you at risk of poor nutrition?
It is not always easy to spot someone who is at risk of poor nutrition. Some key questions to ask are:
- Have you recently lost weight without meaning to?
- Do you have a poor appetite?
- Do you live alone and not enjoy cooking for one?
