Banana Muffins

brown sugar1/3 cup
SUSTAGEN® Hospital Formula Neutral or Vanilla Flavour240g (12 scoops)
butter, melted2 tablespoons
full cream milk½ cup
egg, beaten1
banana, ripe1
cinnamon (Optional)½ teaspoon

Cooking time: 30 min
Preparation time: 15 minutes

  1. Heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a six-case muffin tray.
  3. Place sifted flour, brown sugar and SUSTAGEN® Hospital Formula in a bowl. Mix well.
  4. Melt butter and combine in a bowl with milk, egg and chopped banana.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix gently. Do not over-mix.
  6. Place mixture in muffin tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool out of oven.
