pumpkin, chopped400g
potato, chopped1
water2 cups
stock powder½ teaspoon

Preparation time: 15 minutes

  1. Heat oil in a pot. When hot add onion and cook until clear.
  2. Add pumpkin, potato, water and stock. Cook until soft.
  3. Blend with a hand-held stick mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually add SUSTAGEN® Hospital Formula and stir into soup.
