Warm yourself up on a chilly day with this hearty and tasty Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup.

(Serves: 4-6)
5 scoops Sustagen Hospital Formula Vanilla
5 cups liquid chicken stock
2 teaspoons oil
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 large potatoes, diced
½ barbeque chicken, meat
removed and shredded
400g can creamed corn
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Bread for serving

(Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 20 minutes)
- Whisk together Sustagen Hospital Formula and chicken stock in a jug, set aside.
- Heat oil on medium heat in a large saucepan. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in potato, chicken, Sustagen mixture, creamed corn and corn kernels and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Serve with chopped fresh parsley and bread.
helpful tips
For a change, replace potato with sweet potato and corn kernels with peas.

Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.

Freeze individual portions in freezer safe containers for up to one month.
