				Ingredients
- 1 x 35g UNCLE TOBYS oats Quick Sachets Triple Berry
- ½ medium over-ripe frozen banana (125g), peeled, chopped coarsely
- 1 cup (150g) strawberries & raspberries (fresh or frozen), place a few aside for topping
- 60g (3 scoops) SUSTAGEN Hospital Formula Vanilla Flavour
- 125 mL water
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
Method
Place  ¾ of the UNCLE TOBYS oats Quick Sachets Triple Berry (reserve remainder for topping), banana,  raspberries, strawberries, SUSTAGEN Hospital Formula Vanilla and water into a blender; process for 1 minute or until smooth.
Serve immediately topped with reserved strawberries and raspberries, chia seeds and the remaining UNCLE TOBYS oats Quick Sachets Triple Berry.
Note:
If desired, add more fruits of your choice.
