Smoked Cinnamon Coffee
- 2 tsps (4g) NESCAFÉ BLEND 43
- 3 level scoops (60g) of SUSTAGEN HOSPITAL FORMULA Coffee Flavour
- 30 ml of very hot water (~80°C)
- 170 ml of warm water
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- Whipped Cream (optional)
- On a flame proof plate, ignite 1 small cinnamon stick and cover it with a glass. Let it smoke for 1-2 minutes.
- In a mug, mix 2 teaspoons (4g) of NESCAFÉ BLEND 43 with 30ml of very hot water (~80°C).
- In another mug, add 3 level scoops of SUSTAGEN HOSPITAL FORMULA Coffee Flavour to 170ml of warm water.
- Remove the glass covering the cinnamon stick and pour NESCAFÉ BLEND 43 and SUSTAGEN HOSPITAL FORMULA Coffee Flavour into the smoked glass and stir well. Discard the burnt cinnamon stick.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Stir well and serve immediately.
