Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 40g Oats
  • 2 Scoops (40g) SUSTAGEN Hospital Formula Strawberry Flavour
  • 200ml Water

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir gently, garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy

 

HELPFUL TIPS

  • For a Diabetic friendly option – use 56g SUSTAGEN Diabetic (7 scoops) instead of SUSTAGEN Hospital Formula Strawberry Flavour. Add 150ml water to the oats.
  • Tasty tip – why not try nuts, fresh berries or apple slices to garnish?
